Part Two of the Mental Health Video Series will focus on litigation in mental health cases. Topics include competency and restoration, sanity, other mental health defenses, and detailed information about the Texas State Hospital system and the continuum of care. This course will be offered free of charge. This course will be available until at least August 15, 2024.
