The Crimes Against Children Conference will be held at the Westin San Antonio North. An additional charge of $10.00 per person will apply for the third and fourth person per guest room. Rates are available until March 20 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Overnight self-parking, day self-parking, airport shuttle is complimentary. Valet is $15.00 per day.
A password will be sent to registered attendees one week prior to the event to download materials.
A QR code will also be provided at the conference to evaluate each talk and its presenter.
Registration Scholarships are available from the Children’s Commission for attorneys currently representing the Dept. of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). Standard Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to the GSA rate per night for three nights’ stay at a hotel; this amount will be updated October 1st. Due to the increase in hotel reimbursement, TDCAA will no longer reimburse for meals. Additionally, TDCAA will not reimburse for travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
