This year’s Annual Conference will be held at the American Bank Center (ABC) in Corpus Christi, TX.
Board meetings and additional training will be held on Tuesday, September 20. The Annual Conference will begin Wednesday, September 21 and adjourn Friday, September 23.

Please be cognizant of other offices when reserving multiple rooms. Overbooking rooms and NOT canceling them before the cut-off date creates unused rooms that can become financial responsibility to TDCAA and causes offices to book non-TDCAA hotels at a much higher rate. Standard Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to the GSA rate per night for two nights’ stay at a hotel. Due to the increase in hotel reimbursement, TDCAA will no longer reimburse for meals. Additionally, TDCAA will not reimburse for travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
