The KP-VAC Conference will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine located at 100 Great Wolf Dr., Grapevine, TX 76051. Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to $85.00 per night for up to a two nights’ stay at a hotel. TDCAA will not reimburse for meals, travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
